All of our discrete wire harnesses are custom-made to match our customers’ design requirements. We can work from your wire harness design, drawings, or concepts, or develop a new wiring harness design based on your needs for form, fit, and function. We utilize PVC wire and Teflon wire in our discrete wire harness assemblies. We stock a large inventory of both types to deliver the quantities you need in quick turnaround times. Our in-stock materials include:
- PVC: UL 1571, UL 1061, UL 1007, UL 1569, UL 1015, UL 1429, UL 1430
- Teflon: MIL-W-22759, MIL-W-16878, UL 1180, UL 1213
We can manufacture cable harness assemblies with individual wires or twisted pairs, as your wiring harness designs require. All of our products are 100% tested for shorts, opens, and continuity prior to shipping.
